Monitoring was carried out

In November 2024, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a fire safety monitoring of the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services for the Population of the Rossonsky District" (OKP No. 1; OKP No. 2) (Head – Mischenko Olga Ivanovna).

Following the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements were identified that do not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment, namely:

categories for explosion and fire hazard of buildings classified by explosion and fire hazard have not been determined (OKP No. 1, OKP No. 2);

doors located on evacuation routes open in a way that obstructs exit from the building (main building of OKP No. 1);

building materials with unconfirmed fire and technical characteristics (linoleum on the floor, siding on the walls) are used for the interior finishing of evacuation routes (in corridors) and other premises of the building (main buildings of OKP No. 1, OKP No. 2);

the height of the main evacuation exit from the building is less than 1.95 m (building No. 2 of OKP No. 1, emergency exit of OKP No. 2);

the distance between duplicate fire detectors is less than 1 m (OKP No. 1 (rooms No. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 18 (storage));

self-rescuers intended for use by employees involved in the implementation of the fire evacuation plan are not provided at their workplaces (OKP No. 2);

a 10% reserve of detectors of each type from the number installed is not ensured (main building of OKP No. 2).

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety," heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations in their respective organizations.
