Monitoring was carried out

In November 2024, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a fire safety monitoring of the GLHU "Rossonsky Forestry" (woodworking shop No. 1; woodworking shop No. 2). (Head – Mironovsky Evgeny Mikhailovich).

During the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements were identified, posing a threat to national security, causing harm to the life and health of the population, and the environment, namely:

in the building of woodworking shop No. 2, the operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing means, as well as their constant readiness for use, are not ensured (fire automation systems are out of order, partially dismantled);

the building of woodworking shop No. 2 is not provided with external fire water supply;

the building of woodworking shop No. 2 is not provided with internal fire water supply.

In addition, other violations of fire safety requirements were identified:

combustible materials (finished products) are stored in fire breaks on the territory of woodworking shop No. 1;

the condition of external and internal fire water supply has not been checked in the manner prescribed by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (fire pond located on the territory of woodworking shop No. 1, fire hydrants);

signs indicating categories are not fully posted on the outer side of doors (gates) of premises categorized by explosion and fire hazard (warehouse building located near the woodworking shop, premises of woodworking shop No. 2 building);

the operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing means, as well as their constant readiness for use, are not ensured (fire extinguisher OP-4 in the utility room of woodworking shop No. 1 is out of order, the nozzle is broken off from OP-8 located in the recreation room of woodworking shop No. 2);

the fire evacuation plan does not comply with the requirements (manual fire alarm is not shown in the woodworking shop building);

a 10% reserve of detectors of each type from the number installed is not provided (woodworking shop No. 1);

is not equipped with 1 powder extinguisher with a extinguishing agent mass of at least 8 kilograms, a designated smoking area on the territory of woodworking shop No. 2.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Art. 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire safety regulations in their respective organizations.
