Monitoring has been carried out

  In February 2025, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations conducted fire safety status monitoring of the educational institutions: "Dvorishchansky Kindergarten of Rossonsky District" (Head – Nyupenko I.O.), "Sokolishchensky Kindergarten of Rossonsky District" (Head – Petrovich S.V.), "Kindergarten No. 1 of the urban-type settlement of Rossony" (Head – Kryzhevich L.Yu.), "Kindergarten No. 3 of the urban-type settlement of Rossony" (Head – Smolenskaya V.S.), "Kindergarten No. 4 of the urban-type settlement of Rossony" (Head – Petrochenko N.V.).

During the monitoring of "Sokolishchensky Kindergarten of Rossonsky District", the following violations were identified:

the head has not undergone training under program No. 1 of the fire-technical minimum (program for heads of economic entities) (Manager – Petrovich S.V.);

building materials with unconfirmed fire-technical characteristics were used for floor coverings in the building (floors are covered with linoleum).

Capital violations were also identified (recommended for implementation):

the doors of evacuation exits to the stairwell from the 1st and 2nd floors lack self-closing devices and seals in the rebates;

the height of the evacuation exit from the sports hall is less than 1.95 m;

the height of the threshold in the evacuation exit door from the sports hall is more than 0.06 m.

During the monitoring of "Kindergarten No. 1 of the urban-type settlement of Rossony", the following violation was identified:

building materials with unconfirmed fire-technical characteristics were partially used for floor coverings in the building (floors are covered with linoleum);

During the monitoring of "Kindergarten No. 3 of the urban-type settlement of Rossony", the following violations were identified:

fire automation systems do not comply with the design documentation (instead of the Alarm-5 receiving and control unit, a PS8-MS unit is installed; there are no fire detectors in the storage room of group 3, in the corridor to the music room, in the corridor to the speech therapist's office, in the storage room of group 1; smoke detectors are installed instead of heat detectors; the distance between duplicate fire detectors is less than 1 m, the distance from fire detectors to walls is less than 0.1 m);

building materials with unconfirmed fire-technical characteristics were partially used for floor coverings in the building (floors are covered with linoleum).

During the monitoring of "Kindergarten No. 4 of the urban-type settlement of Rossony", the following violations were identified:

fire alarm systems do not comply with the design documentation (in the rooms before the groups on the second floor, smoke fire detectors are installed instead of heat fire detectors; the distance between duplicate fire detectors is less than 1 m; the distance from fire detectors to walls is less than 0.1 m);

building materials with unconfirmed fire-technical characteristics are partially used in the building for flooring, ceilings, and walls (the floors in the building are covered with linoleum, the walls and ceiling in the canteen are covered with PVC panels).

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire protection regime in their respective organizations.
