Monitoring was carried out

In March 2025, employees of the Rossony District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the fire safety status of the State Educational Institution "Rossony Center for Children and Youth" (Head – Asvetimskaya E.V.).

During the monitoring of the State Educational Institution "Rossony Center for Children and Youth", the following violations were identified:

the general fire safety instruction does not comply with the requirements of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Decree, namely, the instruction for the evacuation plan of people in case of fire does not comply (eliminated during the monitoring).

A violation of a capital nature was also identified (recommended for implementation):

the doors of the evacuation exits to the stairwell from the 1st and 2nd floors lack self-closing devices and seals in the rebates.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Art. 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations in their respective organizations.
