Monitoring was carried out

In March-April 2025, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the fire safety status of gas station No. 39 of the RUP "Belorusneft - Vitebskoblnefteprodukt" branch, located at: Rossony town, Masherova str., 62.

Following the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements were identified that do not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment:

locations of fire extinguishers and manual fire alarms are not marked with fire safety signs in accordance with GOST 12.4.026-2015 "Signal colors, safety signs and signal marking. Purpose and rules of application. General technical requirements and specifications. Test methods" (rectified during monitoring);

fire extinguishers in buildings are placed on the floor (rectified during monitoring).

During the monitoring, compliance by the licensee LLC "Belorusneft – Promservice" with the requirements of the legislation in the field of fire safety maintenance, specifically regarding the technical maintenance of fire automation units (hereinafter referred to as FAU) at the facility, was studied. The operability of the FAU in standby mode, and in fire (malfunction) mode, using both primary and backup power sources was also checked. The study established that the FAU at the facility is in working order.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations within their respective organizations.
