Monitoring was carried out

In May 2025, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the fire safety status of the Rossonsky unit of the Verkhnedvinsk branch of the Vitebsk Regional Consumer Society (Head – Stovpets R.V.).

The following violations were identified during the monitoring:

orders were not provided;

officials were not trained according to programs No. 1, 3, fire technical minimum (Rubashenko S.E., Reshetkina O.P., Pokatova E.A., Klachek S.N., Kovalchuk I.V., Kurzova M.V., Podvitelsky T.I., Zaykina L.V., Nabukhotnaya A.I., Vorobyeva M.B., Kabanova I.A., Koptelevа T.P., Danchenko V.K., Kovaleva E.L., Moiseeva V.I.), clause 4.1 of clause 4 of the "General fire safety requirements for the maintenance and operation of capital structures (buildings, structures), isolated premises and other facilities owned by business entities", approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 7 of 23.11.2017 "On the Development of Entrepreneurship" (hereinafter referred to as OTРБ);

fire safety briefings were not conducted with employees using the general fire safety instructions for the facility, clause 4.1 of clause 4 of OTРБ, clause 6 of the Instruction on the procedure for training employees on fire safety issues and verifying their knowledge in this area, approved by the Ministry of Emergency Situations No. 82;

The facility is not equipped with primary fire extinguishing means in accordance with the norms established by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (1 OP-8 or 2 OP-4 needs to be added), clause 53 of the OTPB, clause 57 of the Annex to the Instruction on the Norms for Equipping Facilities with Primary Fire Extinguishing Means, approved by the MES Order No. 82;

materials with unconfirmed fire-technical characteristics are used for finishing evacuation routes (ceiling and wall finishing is made of PVC panels), clause 9 of OTPB, subclause 8.1.2 of SN 2.02.05-2020;

operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing means are not ensured (fire extinguisher OP-4 in the boiler room is not recharged), subclauses 4.1, clause 4 of OTPB;

Lamps are missing shades (Rodny Kut store, Sokolishe village, 30 General Kulnev St.; Produkty store, Rossony town, 3 Oktyabrskaya St.; Rosinka restaurant, Rossony town, 3 Khomchenovsky St.; Shopping center, Rossony town, 16 Sovetskaya St.; Transport department, Rossony town, 26 Nevelskaya St.; Workshop, Rossony town, 9 Lapenko St.; Rodny Kut store, Yukhovichi village, 72 Druzhby St.; Rodny Kut store, Krasnopolye village, 10 Selskaya St.; Store, Albrekhtovo village, 8 Zhasminnaya St.).
