Monitoring has been carried out

In June 2025, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations conducted fire safety monitoring of the State Forestry Institution "Rossonsky Leskhoz" (Head – Mironovsky E.M.) and the State Cultural Institution "Rossonsky District Center for Culture and Folk Art" (Head – Vlasova L.M.).

During the monitoring of the State Forestry Institution "Rossonsky Leskhoz", the following violations were identified:

Woodworking Shop No. 1

combustible materials (finished products) are stored within fire separation distances;

the condition of external and internal fire water supply has not been checked in accordance with the procedure established by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (fire pond located on the shop premises, fire hydrants);

Woodworking Shop No. 2

a special smoking area is not equipped with 1 powder extinguisher with a fire extinguishing agent mass of at least 8 kilograms;

signs indicating categories are not fully posted on the exterior of doors (gates) of premises classified by explosion and fire hazard (premises in the shop building);

Following the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements that pose a threat to national security, cause harm to the life and health of the population, and the environment, identified during the previous monitoring, have been confirmed (on 29.11.2024, a proposal to suspend (prohibit) the activities of Woodworking Shop No. 2 at the address: Rossony, Lapenko St., 40, was sent to the Director of the State Forestry Institution "Rossonsky Leskhoz" by registered mail with notification (Proposal No. 14 on suspension (prohibition) of the activities of the entity (its shops, production sites), equipment dated 29.11.2024), namely:

Woodworking Shop No. 2

the operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing systems, as well as their constant readiness for use, are not ensured in the building (fire automation systems are out of order, partially dismantled);

the building is not provided with external fire water supply;

the building is not provided with internal fire water supply.

Furthermore, during the monitoring, control was carried out on the implementation of the compensatory plan of fire safety measures for Woodworking Shop No. 2 of Rossonsky Leskhoz for 2025, during which it was established:

repeated fire safety briefings are not conducted with all employees working in woodworking shop No. 2 (at least once a quarter);

evacuation drills are not conducted with employees of woodworking shop No. 2.

During the monitoring of the State Cultural Institution "Rossonsky District Center of Culture and Folk Art", the following violations were identified:

the operability and serviceability of fire protection equipment are not ensured (the fire extinguisher on the second floor is out of order (the nozzle is missing)) (rectified during the monitoring);

the locations of fire extinguishers are partially not marked with fire safety signs in accordance with GOST 12.4.026-2015 "Signal colors, safety signs and signal marking. Purpose and rules of use. General technical requirements and specifications. Test methods" (rectified during the monitoring).
