Monitoring was carried out

In July 2025, employees of the Rossony District Emergency Situations Department conducted a fire safety monitoring of OOO "Sanatorium-Preventorium "Lesnoye-Rudnya"" (Head - Koroleva O.A.).

During the monitoring of OOO "Sanatorium-Preventorium "Lesnoye-Rudnya"", the following violations were identified:

employees responsible for the preparation and/or execution of hot work, and performers of hot work have not been trained according to program No. 2 of the fire technical minimum; employees operating heat-generating appliances have not been trained according to program No. 3 of the fire technical minimum;

in buildings intended for temporary accommodation of people, schematic plans for individual evacuation of people from the respective floor, information sheets with fire safety requirements for residents and actions in case of fire are absent in visible places;

an inspection of the external fire water supply system (fire pond) in accordance with the procedure established by the Ministry of Emergency Situations has not been carried out;

the possibility of unlocking locks (latches) from the inside without a key on doors located on evacuation routes has not been ensured (exterior doors of the "Gorny" cottage, exterior doors of the summer kitchen, exterior doors of the restroom, exterior doors of the main building, doors of production buildings);

the locations of manual fire alarm call points are not marked with safety signs in accordance with GOST 12.4.026-2015 "Signal colors, safety signs and marking. Purpose and rules of application. General technical requirements and characteristics. Test methods" (in the cafe building, in the boiler room, in the "Lesnoy" cottage, in the "Gorny" cottage);

the locations of fire extinguishers are not marked with safety signs in accordance with GOST 12.4.026-2015 "Signal colors, safety signs and marking. Purpose and rules of application. General technical requirements and characteristics. Test methods";

fire extinguishers in the buildings are placed on the floor;

the operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing equipment, as well as the constant readiness for their use, have not been ensured (autonomous fire detectors in the bathhouse, in the guardhouse, in the tennis hall require battery replacement; 2 "Exit" illuminated signs in the cafe require battery replacement);

The operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing equipment, as well as their constant readiness for use, are not ensured (the OP-4 fire extinguisher in the wood shed is not recharged);

The explosion and fire hazard categories of buildings, which are subject to explosion and fire hazard categorization, have not been determined;

The facility is not equipped with primary fire extinguishing means in accordance with the norms established by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (insufficient number of fire extinguishers in buildings, in equipment (tractors));

Doors leading from the stairwell to the 2nd floor of the building have been dismantled in the корпус;

The smoke channels of the heat-retaining stove in the bathhouse within the attic space are not plastered or whitewashed;

The operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing equipment, as well as their constant readiness for use, are not ensured (fire alarm systems have been dismantled in the корпус);

Fire evacuation plans for people are absent in the buildings (cafe, bathhouse, tennis hall, корпус);

Detectors are partially installed at a height of less than 2.2 m from the floor to their lower part without protection against mechanical damage (in the cafe building, in house No. 1, in house No. 2, in the "Lesnoy" house, in the "Gorny" house);
