Monitoring was carried out

In August 2025, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the fire safety status of the "Cosmos" store of "Vitpromtorg" LLC (head - Isachenko S.G.).

During the monitoring of the "Cosmos" store of "Vitpromtorg" LLC, the following violations were identified:

fire safety briefings using the general fire safety instructions have not been conducted with employees;

the development of general fire safety instructions has not been organized;

fire extinguishers in the store building are placed on the floor;

an evacuation plan for people in case of fire has not been developed in the form determined by the requirements of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Decree No. 82 dated 21.12.2021 "On ensuring fire safety";

the possibility of unlocking locks (latches) from the inside without a key on doors located on evacuation routes (external evacuation doors at the main entrance) has not been ensured;

the operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing means, as well as their constant readiness for use, have not been ensured (the battery in the "Molniya" fire alarm system has failed, "Fire" and "Malfunction" signals are displayed on the fire alarm control panel, maintenance of fire automation systems has not been ensured);

a 10% reserve of fire detectors has not been provided at the facility.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", the heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire safety regulations in their respective organizations.
