Monitoring was carried out

In September 2025, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a fire safety monitoring of the "Kontinent" store of "Aranta" LLC, located at: Rossony urban settlement, Kolkhoznaya St., 21 (Head – Skarinovich K.V.).

During the monitoring of the "Kontinent" store of "Aranta" LLC, the following violations were identified:

fire safety briefings were not conducted with employees using the general facility fire safety instructions (rectified during the monitoring);

fire extinguishers in the building were placed on the floor (rectified during the monitoring);

the locations of manual fire alarm call points were not marked with fire safety signs in accordance with GOST 12.4.026-2015 "Signal colors, safety signs and marking. Purpose and rules of application. General technical requirements and specifications. Test methods" (rectified during the monitoring);

the locations of fire extinguishers were not marked with fire safety signs in accordance with GOST 12.4.026-2015 "Signal colors, safety signs and marking. Purpose and rules of application. General technical requirements and specifications. Test methods" (rectified during the monitoring);

obstruction of passage on evacuation routes was allowed (boxes were placed in the corridor, reducing the minimum evacuation width of the corridor) (rectified during the monitoring).

In addition, during the monitoring, violations were identified regarding the operation of electrical networks and electrical equipment:

luminaires in the retail areas lacked shades.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention measures in their respective organizations.
