Monitoring was carried out

In September 2025, employees of the Rossony District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the fire safety status of the "Kopeechka" store of CJSC "Dobronom", located at: Rossony, Sovetskaya St., 16 (Head – Malysh O.V.).

The premises of the "Kopeechka" store of CJSC "Dobronom" are located in the building of the Verkhnedvinsk branch of the Vitebsk Regional Consumer Society.

Thus, based on the results of the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements were identified, which do not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment, committed by the Verkhnedvinsk branch of the Vitebsk Regional Consumer Society:

an assessment of the readiness for the use of fire hydrants has not been carried out;

fire cabinets are made of combustible material;

materials with unconfirmed fire-technical characteristics are used for finishing evacuation routes (ceiling and wall finishing is made of PVC panels);

the operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing means are not ensured (fire automation systems are inoperable (a "Fire" signal is displayed on the fire alarm control panel, loop No. 3 is bypassed, a "Malfunction" signal on several loops);

maintenance of fire automation systems is not provided;

a 10% reserve of fire detectors is not provided at the facility.

Capital violations were also identified (recommended for implementation):

alarm devices are installed at a height of less than 2.2 m from the floor to their lower part without protection against mechanical damage. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations in their respective organizations.
