Monitoring has been carried out

In October 2025, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations conducted fire safety status monitoring of the stores of OOO "Evrotorg" (Head - Kostyuchenko E.V.) and OOO "Yana" (Head - Kozlov V.V.).

During the monitoring of the OOO "Evrotorg" store, the following violations were identified:

the possibility of unlocking doors from the inside without a key on doors located on evacuation routes (emergency exit doors) was not ensured;

the operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing equipment, as well as their constant readiness for use, were not ensured (the "Exit" illuminated signs and sound-light devices were out of order);

fire automation systems do not comply with the design documentation (an A24 device was installed instead of an A6 control panel; the fire automation system is not interlocked with air conditioners);

the locations of fire extinguishers were not marked with fire safety signs in accordance with GOST 12.4.026-2015 "Signal colors, safety signs and signal marking. Purpose and rules of application. General technical requirements and characteristics. Test methods" (rectified during the monitoring);

the locations of manual fire call points were not marked with fire safety signs in accordance with GOST 12.4.026-2015 "Signal colors, safety signs and signal marking. Purpose and rules of application. General technical requirements and characteristics. Test methods" (rectified during the monitoring);The operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing equipment, as well as the constant readiness for their use, are not ensured (fire extinguisher OP-4 is inoperable (pressure gauge is damaged));

The operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing equipment are not ensured (fire automation systems are inoperable (the "Malfunction" signal is displayed on the fire alarm control panel, loops No. 1, 3 are disconnected, maintenance of fire automation systems is not provided);

The fire evacuation plan does not comply with the requirements (the phrase "Order of actions of people" is replaced with "Action of employees", the placement of fire extinguishers is incorrect);

The locations of fire extinguishers are not marked with fire safety signs in accordance with GOST 12.4.026-2015 "Signal colors, safety signs and signal marking. Purpose and rules of application. General technical requirements and characteristics. Test methods";

Fire extinguishers in the building are placed on the floor;

The facility is not equipped with primary fire extinguishing means in accordance with the norms determined by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (it is necessary to add 2 OP-8 or 4 OP-4);

A 10% reserve of fire detectors is not provided at the facility;

The transmission of fire, malfunction, and unauthorized device casing opening notifications to a room with round-the-clock duty of trained personnel or to an emergency fire and rescue unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is not ensured;

Shop No. 2, ag. Klyastitsy, Tsentralnaya St., 44:

The possibility of unlocking locks (latches) from the inside without a key on the doors located on the evacuation routes is not ensured (two doors on the main entrance);

The operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing equipment are not ensured (fire automation systems are inoperable (the "Malfunction" signal is displayed on the fire alarm control panel, maintenance of fire automation systems is not provided);

The fire evacuation plan does not comply with the requirements (the phrase "Order of actions of people" is replaced with "Action of employees", the placement of fire extinguishers is incorrect);

locations of manual fire detectors are not marked with fire safety signs in accordance with GOST 12.4.026-2015 "Signal colors, safety signs and signal marking. Purpose and rules of application. General technical requirements and characteristics. Test methods";

fire extinguishers in the building are placed on the floor;

the facility is not equipped with primary fire extinguishing means in accordance with the norms established by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (it is necessary to add 1 OP-8 and 1 OP-4 or 3 OP-4);

a 10% reserve of fire detectors is not provided at the facility;

transmission of notifications about fire, malfunction, and unauthorized opening of the device housing to a room with round-the-clock duty of trained personnel or to the fire emergency rescue unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is not ensured;

Shop No. 3, urban settlement Rossony, Sovetskaya St., 19:

locks (latches) on doors located on evacuation routes (main entrance doors) are not ensured to be freely opened from the inside without a key;

operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing means are not ensured (fire automation systems are inoperable (fire alarm control panel is disabled, maintenance of fire automation systems is not provided);

the fire evacuation plan does not comply with the requirements (instead of the phrase "Order of actions of people", the phrase "Action of employees" is used, the placement of fire extinguishers does not comply);

locations of fire extinguishers are not marked with fire safety signs in accordance with GOST 12.4.026-2015 "Signal colors, safety signs and signal marking. Purpose and rules of application. General technical requirements and characteristics. Test methods";

a 10% reserve of fire detectors is not provided at the facility;

Shop No. 4, agro-town Krasnopolye, Selskaya St., 8:

locks (latches) on doors located on evacuation routes (main entrance doors, emergency exit doors) are not ensured to be freely opened from the inside without a key;

The operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing equipment, as well as the constant readiness for their use, are not ensured (fire extinguisher OP-2 is inoperable (pressure gauge is damaged));

The operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing equipment are not ensured (fire automation systems are inoperable (maintenance of fire automation systems is not provided);

The fire evacuation plan does not comply with the requirements (the phrase "Employee Actions" is used instead of "Order of Actions of People", and the placement of fire extinguishers is incorrect);

The locations of fire extinguishers are not marked with fire safety signs in accordance with GOST 12.4.026-2015 "Signal Colors, Safety Signs and Signal Markings. Purpose and Rules of Application. General Technical Requirements and Specifications. Test Methods";

The locations of manual fire alarm call points are not marked with fire safety signs in accordance with GOST 12.4.026-2015 "Signal Colors, Safety Signs and Signal Markings. Purpose and Rules of Application. General Technical Requirements and Specifications. Test Methods";

Fire extinguishers in the building are placed on the floor, in accordance with sub-clause 3.1 of clause 3 of the Fire Safety Rules;

The facility is not equipped with primary fire extinguishing means in accordance with the norms established by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (it is necessary to add 2 OP-8 or 4 OP-4 fire extinguishers);

A 10% reserve of fire detectors is not provided at the facility;

The transmission of fire, malfunction, and unauthorized casing opening notifications to a room with round-the-clock trained personnel or to an emergency fire and rescue unit of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is not ensured.

the height of the threshold in the door of the emergency evacuation exit to the outside is more than 0.06 m;

the width of the evacuation exit from the warehouse is less than 0.8 m;

the height of the thresholds in the doors of the main and emergency evacuation exits to the outside is more than 0.06 m;

The height of the threshold at the door of the emergency exit leading outside is more than 0.06 m.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire safety regulations in their respective organizations.
