On conducting monitoring in December

In December 2025, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the fire safety status of the Yan-syrodel store of OJSC "Verkhnedvinsky Butter and Cheese Factory" at the address: urban-type settlement Rossony, Lapenko St., 4 (manager – Chivirova S.V.).

Following the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements were identified, which do not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment, committed by OJSC "Verkhnedvinsky Butter and Cheese Factory", namely:

the employee was not trained according to program No. 1 of the fire-technical minimum (program for employees responsible for fire safety of the economic entity (its structural divisions)) (merchandiser Shamshur Olga Petrovna);

the possibility of unlocking locks (latches) from the inside without a key on doors located on evacuation routes (emergency exit doors to the stairwell) was not ensured;

the fire evacuation plan does not comply with the requirements (instead of the phrase "Order of actions of people," "Actions of employees" is written, the placement of fire extinguishers is incorrect);

the facility is not equipped with primary fire extinguishing means in accordance with the norms determined by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (1 OP-8 or 2 OP-4 must be added) (there is 1 OP-4, 1 OP-5).

Also, following the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements were identified, which do not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment, committed by UP ZhKH of the Rossonsky District, namely:

building materials with unconfirmed fire-technical characteristics were used for finishing walls and ceilings (in the lobby, vestibule of the building) (siding on the ceiling, walls);

the width of the permanently open leaf of the evacuation exit from the sales area is less than 0.8 m, both leaves cannot be permanently opened. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Art. 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety," heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations in their respective organizations.
