Monitoring Conducted

In February 2026, employees of the Rossonsky District Emergency Situations Department conducted fire safety monitoring of the educational institutions "Kindergarten No. 1 of the urban-type settlement Rossony" (Head – Kryzhevich L.Yu.), "Kindergarten No. 3 of the urban-type settlement Rossony" (Head – Smolenskaya V.S.), and "Kindergarten No. 4 of the urban-type settlement Rossony" (Head – Petrochenko N.V.).

During the monitoring of the educational institution "Kindergarten No. 1 of the urban-type settlement Rossony," the following violations were identified:

technical maintenance (preventive work) of the "Molniya" fire alarm system is not provided;

the overall fire safety instructions do not comply with the requirements;

testing of the external stationary fire escape ladder installed at the facility has not been carried out.

Capital violations were also identified (recommended for implementation):

the building lacks roof edge protection;

building materials with unconfirmed fire-technical characteristics were used for finishing ceilings and walls in the building (the ceiling in the laundry room is made of siding, the ceiling in the music room is made of polymer panels, the ceiling in the teacher-psychologist's office and the corridor near the teacher-psychologist's office is made of wood, and wallpaper is applied to the walls).

During the monitoring of the educational institution "Kindergarten No. 3 of the urban-type settlement Rossony," the following violations were identified:

technical maintenance (preventive work) of the "Molniya" fire alarm system is not provided;

the door to the external emergency exit from the laundry room has been bricked up;

Capital violations were also identified (recommended for implementation):

building materials with unconfirmed fire-technical characteristics were used for wall finishing in the building (wallpaper is applied to the walls);

on the first floor of the building, three doors leading to the stairwell are not equipped with self-closing devices and seals in the rebates.

During the monitoring of the educational institution "Kindergarten No. 4 of the urban-type settlement Rossony," the following violations were identified:

technical maintenance (preventive work) of the "Molniya" fire alarm system is not provided;

a 10% reserve of fire detectors is not provided at the facility;

the overall fire safety instructions do not comply with the requirements.
