We implement fire safety and fire extinguishing means correctly

According to clause 88 of the Technical Regulations, the product must be marked with information about its name, type, brand, model, purpose, main technical parameters and characteristics, trademark and (or) manufacturer's name, as well as the country of origin.

The Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "On Requirements for Fire Safety and Firefighting Equipment" (TR EAEU 043/2017) (hereinafter referred to as the Technical Regulations) establishes mandatory requirements for fire safety and firefighting equipment (hereinafter referred to as products) to be applied and enforced in the territories of the EAEU member states, including the Republic of Belarus, as well as requirements
for the marking of such equipment to ensure their free movement within the territories of these states.

According to clause 88 of the Technical Regulations, the product must be marked with information about its name, type, brand, model, purpose, main technical parameters and characteristics, trademark and (or) manufacturer's name, as well as the country of origin.

Such marking must be in Russian and (or) Belarusian. If the marking cannot be applied directly to the product, then the marking must be applied to the packaging and included in the technical documentation (passport, operating manual, etc.) supplied with the product.

Products specified in the annex to the Technical Regulations are subject to mandatory conformity assessment with the requirements of this regulation in the form of certification or declaration (the forms of confirmation are also specified in the annex to the Technical Regulations).

Confirmation of mandatory conformity assessment procedures and the availability of conformity assessment documents for the product, when sold, is carried out in one of the following ways*:

by the presence on the product and (or) its consumer packaging of the unified mark of circulation of products on the market of the Eurasian Economic Union "" or "" (hereinafter referred to as the EAC mark), original certificates of conformity or declarations of conformity, or their electronic forms certified by an electronic digital signature, or their copies certified by suppliers (manufacturers) of the product, or photocopies made from their originals;

by the presence on the product and/or its consumer packaging of the EAC single mark, the indication in the accompanying documents confirming the acquisition (receipt) of the product, of the registration numbers of certificates of conformity or declarations of conformity in the unified register of issued certificates of conformity and registered declarations of conformity, the dates of registration and termination of validity (terms of validity) of these documents, with the possibility for the consumer, upon request, to verify the availability of information about these documents in the unified register of issued certificates of conformity and registered declarations of conformity.

According to paragraph 118 of the Technical Regulations, the EAC mark is applied to each unit of product and must be a clear and legible image throughout the entire service life of the fire safety and fire extinguishing means, as well as on the technical documentation and packaging.

The release into circulation (sale, offer for sale) of products on the territory of the Republic of Belarus without documents confirming their conformity with the requirements of the Technical Regulations, as well as products that violate the requirements of these regulations (including without marking (incomplete marking) and/or the EAC mark), in accordance with Part 1 of Article 24.7 and Part 1 of Article 24.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus, entail a fine of up to 15 basic units for an official, up to 100% of the product cost for an individual entrepreneur, and up to 100% of the product cost for a legal entity.

To prevent violations of legislation when selling products, it is necessary to carry out incoming control for the presence of conformity assessment documents (certificate or declaration, depending on the form of conformity assessment), the EAC mark, and the required marking by comparing the accompanying documents directly with the product, and by comparing the status of conformity assessment documents with the unified register of issued certificates of conformity
and registered declarations of conformity in the global computer network (QR code). Particular attention should be paid to the production date of the product, as it must necessarily correspond to the period of validity of the conformity assessment documents (with the exception of batch product certification).

The name of the product and (or) its field of application are the main criteria for classifying the product as an object of technical regulation of TR EAEU 043/2017.
