Monitoring was carried out

In May 2023, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the fire safety status of the main building of the healthcare institution "Rossonskaya Central District Hospital" (head - Latsuzbaya Olga Mikhailovna).

Following the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements were identified that do not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment, namely:

- the operability and serviceability of fire protection equipment were not ensured (manual fire detectors are faulty in the corridor between the surgical and intensive care units, on the 2nd-floor stairwell, in the pediatric ward on the 1st floor; smoke detectors are faulty between the therapeutic and intensive care units).

The violations were rectified during the monitoring.

During the monitoring, compliance with legislative requirements by the licensee LLC "SpetsYuKengineering" in the provision of fire safety services regarding the technical maintenance of fire automation systems (hereinafter referred to as FAS) at facilities was studied. The operability of FAS in standby mode and in fire (malfunction) mode on the main and backup power sources was also checked. The study found that the FAS are in good working order and operational condition (existing malfunctions are reflected in the "Malfunction Record Log").

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety," heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire safety regulations in their respective organizations.
