On conducting the monitoring of LLC "Effect"

In June 2023, employees of the Rosson District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the fire safety status of OOO "Effekt" (Head – Turashev Georgy Anatolyevich).

Following the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements were identified, posing a threat of harm to the life and health of the population, and the environment, namely:

non-factory (homemade) coal-burning furnaces are in operation. Proposals have been made to prohibit the operation of these devices.

In addition, violations of fire safety requirements were identified that do not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment:

the general fire safety instruction does not meet the requirements;

compliance with and control of fire safety requirements at the facility are not ensured (the facility is not equipped with primary fire extinguishing means in accordance with the norms established by the Ministry of Emergency Situations);

fire safety briefings are conducted without using the general fire safety instruction;

the fire safety briefing log does not comply with the form established by MES Order No. 82;

employees of the facility are not trained according to fire-technical minimum programs in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Emergency Situations;

the smoking area is not equipped in the prescribed manner and is not marked with a "Smoking Area" sign;

the specially designated smoking area is not equipped with 1 powder extinguisher with a mass of extinguishing agent of at least 8 kilograms;

a stand with fire safety information has not been organized at the facility;

signs indicating the category of premises, classified by explosion and fire hazard, are not posted on the outer side of the doors (gates) of the premises.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety," the heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and the fire safety regime in their respective organizations.
