Monitoring was carried out

In September 2023, employees of the Rossonsky District Department of Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the fire safety status of the workshop of the urban-type settlement of Rossony, Verkhnedvinsk branch of the Vitebsk Regional Consumer Society (head – Tomashevich Irina Anatolyevna).

Following the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements were identified that do not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment, namely:

the general fire safety instructions for the facility do not comply with the requirements;

the fire evacuation plans do not comply with the requirements (on the first and second floors of the administrative part of the building);

category signs are not posted on the exterior of doors (gates) of premises categorized by explosion and fire hazard;

the building is not equipped with an automatic fire alarm system.

During the monitoring, a presentation was made to the work collective of the workshop of the urban-type settlement of Rossony, Verkhnedvinsk branch of the Vitebsk Regional Consumer Society, which was attended by 8 employees of the organization.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety," heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations in their respective organizations.
