Monitoring was carried out

In November 2023, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations monitored the fire safety of the gas filling station No. 39 of the branch of RUP "Belorusneft-Vitebskobleneftoprodukt" located at: urban-type settlement Rossony, Masherova str., 56. (head - Kapshul Alexander Georgievich).

Following the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements were identified that do not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment:

locks (latches) on the external evacuation door (main entrance to the operator's room) do not ensure their free opening from the inside without a key;

the facility does not have a 10% reserve of fire detectors of each type from the number installed;

the fire alarm system is partially out of order (part of loop No. 1 (in the warehouse building) is out of order);

During the monitoring, compliance by the licensee LLC "Belorusneft-Promservice" with the requirements of the legislation in the field of fire safety maintenance of fire automation units (hereinafter referred to as FAU) at the facility was studied, and the operability of the FAU in standby mode, in fire (malfunction) mode on the main and backup power sources was also checked. During the study, it was found that the FAU at the facility is partially out of order.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Art. 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire fighting regulations in their respective organizations.
