On conducting monitoring of Dvorishchansky SDK

In January 2024, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the fire safety status of Branch No. 3 "Dvorishchansky Rural House of Culture" of the State Cultural Institution "Rossonsky District Center of Culture and Folk Art" (Head – Vlasova Larisa Mikhailovna).

Following the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements were identified that do not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment, namely:

the possibility of unlocking locks (latches) from the inside without a key on the door located on the evacuation route (external evacuation doors) has not been ensured;

a 10% reserve of fire detectors has not been provided at the facility.

During the monitoring, compliance by licensee LLC "BELARM" with the requirements of legislation in the field of fire safety provision, specifically regarding the technical maintenance of fire automation systems (hereinafter referred to as FAS) at facilities, was studied. The operability of FAS in standby mode, in fire (malfunction) mode, on main and backup power sources was also checked. The study established that the FAS are in good working order and operational condition.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety," heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire prevention regulations in their respective organizations.
