A monitoring of the fire safety status of the store "Safiyka 24" of UP "Zolotaya Niva" was carried out.

In February 2024, employees of the Rosson District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the fire safety status of the "Safiyka 24" store of UP "Zolotaya Niva" (Head - Korenyak S.N.).

Following the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements were identified, posing a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, and the environment, namely:

the operability and serviceability of fire protection and fire extinguishing means, as well as their readiness for use, are not ensured (the automatic fire alarm system is in a faulty and inoperable state).

In addition, violations of fire safety requirements were identified that do not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment:

fire safety briefings using the general object fire safety instructions are not conducted with employees;

employees of the facility are not trained according to the fire-technical minimum programs in accordance with the requirements (employees responsible for ensuring fire safety, as well as those responsible for conducting fire safety briefings);

the facility lacks a fire safety information stand;

the store does not have a fire evacuation plan developed in accordance with the requirements;

the facility is not equipped with primary fire extinguishing means in accordance with the norms established by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (it is necessary to add 1 OP-8 or 2 OP-4 in the sales area);

the possibility of opening locks (latches) on doors located on evacuation routes from the inside without a key is not ensured (external evacuation doors);

the locations of fire extinguishers in the building are not marked with fire safety signs in accordance with the requirements;

the operability and serviceability of fire water supply facilities, as well as their readiness for use, are not ensured (the fire hydrant is incomplete, the fire cabinet is dismantled, there is no act assessing the readiness of the fire hydrant for use);

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and fire safety regulations in their respective organizations.
