On conducting monitoring of educational institutions

In February 2024, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the fire safety status of the State Educational Institution "Rossonsky Center for Children and Youth" (Head – Asvetimskaya Elena Viktorovna).

Following the monitoring, a violation of fire safety requirements was identified, which was not detected during the previous monitoring and does not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment. Specifically:

employees of the facility (responsible for fire safety, tasked with conducting fire safety training) have not been trained according to the fire-technical minimum programs.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety," heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and the fire safety regime in their respective organizations.
