On conducting the Aranta monitoring

In February 2024, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of the fire safety status of OOO "Aranta" (Continent store) (head - Skarinovich Kristina Valerievna).

Following the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements were identified that were not established during the previous monitoring, do not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment, namely:

the fire evacuation plan does not comply with the requirements and is not located in a conspicuous place;

the general fire safety instructions do not comply with the requirements;

a 10% reserve of fire detectors is not provided at the facility.

During the monitoring, compliance by the licensee UP "Vitebsk Fire Protection Works" RGOO "BDPO" with the requirements of the legislation in the field of fire safety maintenance of fire automation systems (hereinafter referred to as FAS) at the facility was studied, and the operability of the FAS in standby mode, fire mode (malfunction) on the main and backup power sources was also checked. The study found that the FAS at the facility is in working order.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organizations must ensure fire safety and the fire safety regime in their respective organizations.
