On conducting a raid of the store of individual entrepreneur Malashenko Oleg Mikhailovich

In May 2024, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations conducted an inspection of a retail outlet, a potential place for the sale of fire protection and fire extinguishing equipment, located in the Rossonsky district, in accordance with the schedule.

The task of the state fire supervision is to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "On Requirements for Fire Safety and Fire Extinguishing Means" TR EAEU 043/2017.

During the visit to the store of individual entrepreneur Malashenko Oleg Mikhailovich, located at: urban-type settlement Rossony, Khomchenovsky str., 2, the fact of selling fire safety means, namely: autonomous fire detectors, was established. During the raid, no violations of the requirements of the Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "On Requirements for Fire Safety and Fire Extinguishing Means" (TR EAEU 043/2017) were identified.

At the end of the raid, the inspector of the Department for Construction Norms and Rules of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations, Petrochenko Maxim Dmitrievich, gave a presentation to the work collective on the topic "Requirements for products that are the object of technical regulation TR EAEU 043/2017".
