Raid activities at facilities for the sale of fire safety and fire extinguishing equipment in September

In September 2024, employees of the Rossonsky Regional Department for Emergency Situations (ROCHS) inspected retail outlets potentially selling fire protection and firefighting equipment located in the Rossonsky district, in accordance with the schedule.

The task of the state fire supervision is to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union Technical Regulation "On Requirements for Fire Safety and Firefighting Means" TR EAEU 043/2017.

During the visit to the "Tri Tseny" store of OOO "Play Hard", located at: urban-type settlement Rossony, Sovetskaya Street, 17, no facts of sale of fire safety means were established.

During the visit to the "Gaspadar" store of IP Yadchenko A.A., located at: urban-type settlement Rossony, Khomchenovskogo Street, 5, a fact of sale of fire safety means was established, namely: autonomous fire detectors, extruded electrical installation products made of non-metallic materials. During the raid, no violations of the requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union Technical Regulation "On Requirements for Fire Safety and Firefighting Means" (TR EAEU 043/2017) were detected.

During the visit to the "Stroymarket" store of ChTUP "AMKomBek", located at: urban-type settlement Rossony, Sovetskaya Street, 5, a fact of sale of fire safety means was established, namely: autonomous fire detectors, extruded electrical installation products made of non-metallic materials. During the raid, no violations of the requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union Technical Regulation "On Requirements for Fire Safety and Firefighting Means" (TR EAEU 043/2017) were detected.

At the conclusion of the raid, the senior inspector of the Department of Construction Norms and Rules (SNiP) of the Rossonsky ROCHS, Petrochenko Maxim Dmitrievich, gave presentations to work collectives on the topic "Requirements for products subject to the technical regulation TR EAEU 043/2017".
