Raid activities at facilities for the sale of fire safety and fire extinguishing equipment in October

In October 2024, employees of the Rossonsky District Department for Emergency Situations (ROCHS) inspected retail outlets potentially used for the sale of fire safety and fire extinguishing equipment located in the Rossonsky District, in accordance with the schedule.

The task of the state fire supervision is to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union Technical Regulation "On Requirements for Fire Safety and Fire Extinguishing Means" TR EAEU 043/2017.

During the visit to the store of individual entrepreneur Malashenko Oleg Mikhailovich, located at: Rossony urban settlement, Khomchenovsky St., 2, the sale of fire safety means was established, namely: autonomous fire detectors, powder fire extinguishers. During the raid, no violations of the requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union Technical Regulation "On Requirements for Fire Safety and Fire Extinguishing Means" (TR EAEU 043/2017) were detected.

During the visit to store No. 2 of individual entrepreneur Malashenko Oleg Mikhailovich, located at: Rossonsky District, Klyastitsy village, Tsentralnaya St., 47, the sale of fire safety means was established, namely: autonomous fire detectors, powder fire extinguishers, cable channels. During the raid, no violations of the requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union Technical Regulation "On Requirements for Fire Safety and Fire Extinguishing Means" (TR EAEU 043/2017) were detected.

During the visit to the hardware store of individual entrepreneur Tsyrikova, located at: Rossonsky District, Klyastitsy village, Tsentralnaya St., 56, the sale of fire safety means was established, namely: cable channels. During the raid, no violations of the requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union Technical Regulation "On Requirements for Fire Safety and Fire Extinguishing Means" (TR EAEU 043/2017) were detected.

At the conclusion of the raids, the senior inspector of the Department for Construction Norms and Regulations (SNiP) of the Rossonsky ROCHS, Petrochenko Maxim Dmitrievich, gave presentations to work collectives on the topic "Requirements for products subject to the technical regulation of TR EAEU 043/2017".
