The Rossonsky District Sector of the Vitebsk Regional Department of the Social Protection Fund of the Population informs you that when filling out the forms of personalized accounting documents, the following versions must be used:

  • formation of "DPU INPUT" version 3.1.5;
  • formation of form PU-6 "Individual Information on PPS" version 6.0.

New versions can be obtained from the Rossonsky Sector of the FSZN.

In order to minimize the risk of COVID-19 spread (Decision of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee dated 27.03.2020 No. 349, Letter of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus dated 27.03.2020 No. 5464), the Rossonsky District Department of the Vitebsk Regional Directorate of the Social Protection Fund offers payers to make more active use of remote interaction with the Fund's bodies: by telephone, e-mail, the corporate portal of the Social Protection Fund.

You can submit the 4-fund and DPU report file (electronic representation of a document prepared for printing) to the department's e-mail: iuto@vitebsk.ssf.gov.by, titok@vitebsk.ssf.gov.by for inspector review and then by phone to agree on the method of submitting documents on paper.

By means of the department's email: iuto@vitebsk.ssf.gov.by,titok@vitebsk.ssf.gov.by, indicating the inspector's last name in the subject line, you can ask a question, clarify information, submit an appeal (application), etc.).

If it is not possible to use the advantages of remote interaction, visitors are asked to observe preventive measures to prevent the spread of infection.
