In order to prevent criminal encroachments on your property, the Novopolotsk Department of the Department of Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus offers the following services:
Security Services in the Republic of Belarus
- installation of security alarm systems in apartments, garages, residential buildings;
- installation of alarm buttons in apartments and houses to ensure safety in cases of attempts on your life, health, or property;
- protection of apartments, garages, residential buildings on a contractual basis using installed technical means of security and alarm systems;
- transfer of alarm signals on a contractual basis from residential buildings, garages located outside the patrol zone (in the territory of the Rossony district, outside the urban-type settlement of Rossony).
RECEPTION OF CITIZENS regarding the protection of residential buildings (premises) is carried out at the address: Novopolotsk, Parkovaya St., 22, office No. 102 by the engineering and technical staff of the security systems and devices department.
In case of the need for situational assistance to persons with disabilities, it is necessary to inform the operational duty service (centralized monitoring station) of the Department of Protection unit in advance via wired and/or mobile communication. In this case, it is necessary to report the purpose, preliminary date and time of the visit, surname, name, patronymic (if any), and contact phone number.

TO CONCLUDE AN AGREEMENT, YOU MUST PROVIDE:
- Proof of identity (passport);
- Certificate from the settlement and passport center (certificate of family composition);
- Order (BTI technical passport) or any other document confirming the ownership of the premises by the "owner";
- Document confirming the right to a benefit);
- A set of keys to the entrance doors, a key to the intercom;
- Receipt for payment of installation work performed by the security unit.
The cost of installing a security alarm system in an apartment depends on the floor on which the apartment is located, the number of windows, the apartment layout, and the presence of a telephone.
