Rason rescuers are continuously working to ensure safety at harvesting, processing, and storage sites, and monitor the situation at water bodies daily.

Employees of the department conduct raid activities at harvesting sites, during which they check the availability and serviceability of fire extinguishers, and the presence of documents confirming that employees have completed the fire-technical minimum program. Rescuers, together with agricultural workers, discuss issues of ensuring fire safety during the harvesting campaign.

The situation at water bodies is also not overlooked. Together with representatives of the water rescue society and the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations visit citizens' recreation areas by the water daily. Informational briefings on proper behavior at water bodies are conducted with vacationers, including statistics on accidents that occurred in the current year.

During the events, both at harvesting sites and at recreation areas, Ministry of Emergency Situations employees invariably distribute visual information materials.
