Vitaliy Ganin Participated in Road Safety Day at Rosson District Emergency Situations Department
Vitaliy Ganin, Deputy Head of the Regional Emergency Situations Ministry Department, participated in an unscheduled road safety day held at the Rosson District Department for Emergency Situations.
According to the event plan, Vitaliy Alexandrovich
informed the department's personnel about the main objectives of the unscheduled road safety day and the operational situation regarding road traffic accidents involving departmental vehicles of the Emergency Situations Department. He specifically addressed concrete examples, pointing out the causes of their occurrence.
Pavel Kuzhel, Head of the Material and Technical Support Department of the Directorate, reminded attendees about the importance of observing traffic rules when responding to calls for the Emergency Situations Ministry units. He thoroughly reviewed issues related to intersection passage rules, the use of audible and visual warning signals, speed limit compliance, and consideration of weather conditions and road surface condition. Additionally, he reminded the present personnel of the requirements for operating personal vehicles, emphasizing the need for valid insurance policies and permits for participation in road traffic.
Vitaliy Ganin stressed that any administrative offenses must be reported to the head of the unit and department as soon as possible.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Vitaliy Alexandrovich summarized the event and demanded that the department's management strengthen control over their subordinates' compliance with road safety legislation and transport discipline.
