A unified information day was held at the Rossony District Department for Emergency Situations
Dmitry Andronov, Head of the Internal Security Sector of the Vitebsk Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, took part in the Unified Information Day at the Rossony District Department of Emergency Situations.
Dmitry Vladimirovich addressed the department's personnel on the topic "Education and Science as Driving Forces for the Development of Society and the State." In his speech, he noted that the most important factor, the driving force for the development of society and the state in modern conditions, is the intellectual potential of a person, who, with his inherent abilities, knowledge, and the ability to solve tasks creatively and unconventionally, becomes the key to success in any set goals.
Dmitry Andronov also discussed the state of discipline and strict adherence to legislation with the rescuers, both during the performance of their official duties and in their free time.
Pavel Sidorik, a representative of the Rossony District Department of Internal Affairs, provided information on cybercrime, gave examples of violations of legislation in the sphere of circulation and consumption of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their precursors and analogues in the Rossony district, on the progress of investigating such crimes, as well as on the responsibility for committing these acts.
Another speaker at the event was Valery Zubov, a psychiatrist-narcologist at the healthcare institution "Rossony Central District Hospital." Valery Sergeevich informed the attendees about the identification and prevention of suicide cases.
After that, the attendees watched a film about important socio-political events in our country and abroad, as well as about events held by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
