A residential building caught fire in the village of Biryuzovo

On November 2nd at 20:36, the operational control center of the Rossony District Department for Emergency Situations received a report of a residential house fire on Molodezhnaya Street in the village of Biryuzovo, Albrechtovsky Rural Council.

Upon arrival of the first emergency response units at the scene, smoke was observed inside the house.

The tenant, born in 1953, was visiting a neighbor at the time of the fire. There were no casualties.

As a result of the fire, the house sustained damage to its walls, and the ceiling was smoke-stained.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. The considered version of the cause of the fire is careless handling of fire.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds:

Be extremely attentive and careful with fire, observe fire safety rules! Install an autonomous smoke detector for early detection of ignition. It will react to smoke, emit a loud audible signal, and wake even a sleeping person.
