"Reach for the Dream" Competition!

The Presidential Sports Club, with the support of the Ministry of Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, is launching the fifth season of the pull-up competition "Reach for the Dream".

The winners, as always, will be determined in FIVE age categories (among boys/youth/men and girls/youth/women separately):

- Children: born in 2016 and younger;

- Teenagers: born from 2008 to 2015;

- Youth: born from 1991 to 2007;

- Adults: born from 1966 to 1990;

- Seniors: born in 1965 and older.

To become the owner of the grand prize – a brand new iPhone 17 – you need to meet several conditions:

  • Perform the "pull-up on a horizontal bar" exercise the maximum number of times. The pull-up on the horizontal bar is performed from a dead hang with straight arms, overhand grip, each time from a stationary position (the dead hang position is held for 1-2 seconds). Bending their arms, the participant must pull up, and straightening their arms, return to a stationary dead hang without jerks or leg swings. During the pull-up, their chin must be above the bar. Touching any part of the equipment or structure during the exercise is considered a break. The exercise is counted when the participant's body returns to the dead hang position.
  • Publish one video (full-length and facing the camera) of performing the above-mentioned exercise as a post (publication, reel) on your Instagram account.
  • Be subscribed to the Presidential Sports Club's Instagram account @sportclub.by
  • Tag the @sportclub.by account in your post
  • Use the hashtag #дотянисьдомечты 2026
  • Caption your video, for example: Petrov Sergey, born 1981, 36 pull-ups, Brest.
  • During the competition period, the participant's account must be public.

The competition runs from November 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026. The jury will announce the results after the competition ends.
