In club-type cultural institutions, there are 79 creative groups (673 participants). Five groups have been awarded the title "People's": the vocal-choreographic ensemble "Sviatsitsa", the vocal-choir collective "Veteran", and the literary creativity collective "Vdokhnovenie" of the District Center of Culture, the folklore collective "Krynitsa" of the Yankovichi village club-library, and the folk song lovers club "Vecharina" of the Klyastitsy rural House of Culture.

The folklore collective "Krynitsa" has been operating at the Yankovichi village club-library for over 20 years. The collective's repertoire includes folk holidays, festivities, annual cycle rituals, festive evenings, weddings, and birthdays. The head of the collective is Kovaleva Nadezhda Konstantinovna.
The vocal-choir collective "Veteran" is one of the oldest creative groups in the district, established in 2002 with the aim of organizing leisure activities for the elderly through amateur artistic creativity. It is an active participant in city and district events. The head of the collective is Vlasova Larisa Mikhailovna.
The vocal and choreographic ensemble "Sviatsitsa" is 30 years old. It includes three groups: vocal, instrumental, and dance-choreographic. The repertoire of the folk ensemble includes works of national heritage, local folklore, arrangements by Belarusian composers, and Belarusian cantatas from "Polotsk Notebook". The ensemble leader is Zadvinskaya Lidiya Arkadyevna.
16 09 25 8 The club of folk song lovers "Vecheryna" operates at the Klyastitsy Rural House of Culture. It actively engages in concert activities. The club's repertoire is diverse and constantly updated. The ensemble leader is Tretyakova Svetlana Evgenyevna.
16 09 25 9In August 2015, the literary creative group "Natkhnenne" was awarded the title of "People's". Literary evenings, literary and musical compositions, creative evenings of club members, and performances organized by the group are popular with audiences. "Natkhnenne" is a regular participant in regional, provincial, and national poetry and literary competitions. The head of the group is Matoshko Alexander Ivanovich

The groups are actively engaged in concert activities and successfully represent the district at provincial, national, and international festivals.

    In May 2005, the district House of Crafts began its work. Since 2006, clubs have been operating in the agro-town of Krasnopolye, and since 2007 - in the agro-town of Klyastitsy.

    There are 6 clubs operating at the district House of Crafts: straw weaving and straw appliqué, embroidery, tapestry, patchwork, attended by 54 students of various ages from 6 to 13 years old.

    An ethnographic museum has been created at the House of Crafts, which houses ancient household items, a loom, clothing, embroidered towels, and various household utensils. This allows us to introduce the residents of the district and visiting tourists to the folk craft activities of our ancestors.

    Every year, the House of Crafts holds a final exhibition of children's creativity, showcasing the best works created throughout the year. The House of Crafts and its branches participate in the International Arts Festival "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk", city festivals in Polotsk and Novopolotsk, district festivals, and regional "Dozhinki" (harvest festivals).
