24-Hour Care Unit No. 1 has been operating since January 1, 2003. It is located in Krasnopolye agro-town, Krasnopolye Rural Council, and has a capacity of 30 places.

24-Hour Care Unit No. 2 was opened on October 2, 2005.
It is located in Zaborie village, Krasnopolye Rural Council, and has a capacity of 30 places.
The 24-hour care units are designed to provide consulting and informational, social and domestic, socio-pedagogical, social intermediary, and social rehabilitation services to disabled citizens who have retained full or partial ability to self-care and move.
Main activities of the units:
- providing elderly, disabled, non-working, single, and lonely citizens and disabled individuals of groups I and II with temporary or permanent 24-hour care (residence) with a set of material and living support.
- organizing rational nutrition;
- organizing care for residents, assisting in providing consultative medical care by specialists of relevant healthcare organizations, and hospitalization of those in need to medical institutions;
- carrying out sanitary, hygienic, and anti-epidemic measures in the units;
- creating a favorable microclimate, organizing cultural events and leisure activities for citizens in care (residence).
