The State Nature Protection Institution "EKO-ROSY" is a nature protection institution responsible for the management of the "Krasny Bor" Republican Landscape Reserve, established by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 982 of July 29, 1997, "On the Establishment of the Krasny Bor Republican Landscape Reserve" and transferred to the operational management of the Rossony and Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committees, and the "Sinsha" Republican Landscape Reserve, established by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 202 of March 21, 1996, "On the Establishment of the Sinsha Republican Landscape Reserve" and transferred to the operational management of the Rossony District Executive Committee.

The main objectives are:

- organization and implementation of nature protection measures ensuring compliance with the established regime of protection and use of the reserves, protection of natural complexes and objects of the reserves, as well as conditions for their preservation in a natural state;

- organization and participation in research and activities aimed at studying natural complexes and objects, assessing and forecasting the environmental situation, developing scientific foundations for nature protection, preserving biological and landscape diversity, and reproducing and rationally using natural resources;

- participation in environmental monitoring;

- organization and implementation of tourism, recreation, and other recreational activities;

- environmental education of the population and promotion of nature protection;

- carrying out publishing activities.

Visitor Center

A visitor center for environmental education operates within the "Sinsha" reserve. Here you can rent a room for overnight stays. The visitor center is equipped with all necessary amenities: running water, toilet, kitchen, etc. The building provides conditions for comfortable accommodation for people with disabilities (equipped with a toilet, ramps, etc.).

Accommodation in the visitor center is free for people with disabilities of group 1 and children under 18 years of age.

Here you can also:

- rent boats, kayaks, bicycles, tourist equipment, sports equipment;

- rent campsites, barbecue grills;

- order a sauna;

- organize guided tours for collecting mushrooms, berries, medicinal plants, and materials for handicrafts;

- organize fishing trips;

- purchase excursions along ecological routes (with a guide).
